Michael Oliver awarded Grant from DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.

Robert Michael Oliver was awarded a individual Community Arts grant from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities this Fall.  The grant will allow Mr. Oliver to expand his work with fellow poets and writers, from emerging to masters.
